Required: 
Pega CLSA (Part 1/2) Certification is Mandatory & Pega Experience of 6-12 Yrs. 
• Able to play a consultative role to guide customers towards a successful implementation. 
• Understand enterprise technology landscape & Pega role in the enterprise. 
• Ability to identify, if a use case is right fit for a Pega solution & provide alternate solutions if needed. 
• Understand customer's current/future requirements & design class structure, ruleset design & case types to drive enterprise reusability. 
• Design data model of the solution. 
• Deep knowledge of all Pega capabilities & Pega technology components. 
• Ability to provide multiple solution options for every design problem & explain. 
• Knowledge of integrating Pega with other Technologies. 
• Ability to tune Pega application for optimal performance & drive design for Performance. 
• Drive best practices in development team & continuously monitor best practice adherence. 
• Ability to lead team of developers & drive efficiency & quality delivery. 
• Based on situation, to be hands-on developing in the platform. 
• Establish & govern Pega release management best practices for continuous delivery & parallel development. 
• Knowledge of Pega Security Model related to Authentication & Authorization. 

PREFERRED Skills: 
• Knowledge of Application servers, DB Optimization, Hardware configurations, upgrading Pega Applications. 
• Knowledge of Pega frameworks & strategic applications. 
• Knowledge of Pega cloud. 
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum. 
• Knowledge of Pega Mobility, Robotic Automation or Customer Decision Hub.
